All Resorts World Cruises Malaysian customers aged 18 years and above that booked any cruise on Resorts World Cruises’ website are eligible (“Eligible Contestant”) to enter the contest.
Employees, including immediate family members of Resorts World Cruises and Dyson are not eligible to enter the contest.
Passengers with any forms of redemption bookings are not eligible to enter the contest.
The contest will commence at 12:00:01 a.m. on 15 August 2024 and will end at 11:59:59 p.m. on 30th November 2024 (“Contest Period”)
To participate in this Contest, the Eligible Contestant will need to:
Booked any cruise on Resorts World Cruises’ website during the Contest Period. Each Booking Number is eligible for one entry only. Multiple entries with the same Booking Number will not be accepted.
Provide the correct answer, complete the contest slogan and the required personal details, including Booking Number.
Click “Submit”
Resorts World Cruises has the discretion to extend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice.
Unless the Contest Period is extended, any entries received outside of the Contest Period will be ineligible.
Lucky winners will be selected from among all the eligible entries received by 30th November 2024 (11:59pm). The decisions made by the judges/Resorts World Cruises are final, binding, and indisputable. Any form of disputes and/or complaints through any kinds of medium will not be entertained.
The selected winners list will be announced on Resorts World Cruises’ official website on 15th December 2024. Resorts World Cruises reserve the right to publish or display the name and picture of winners for advertising and publicity purposes in any manner it deems appropriate. By participating in this Contest, the winners hereby consent to and agree that Resorts World Cruises shall be at liberty to publish their names and pictures without compensation for advertising and publicity purposes. Resorts World Cruises will also notify the winners via email.
It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that their email address and phone provided are current, updated and contactable.
If Resorts World Cruises is unable to contact the winner having made several attempts within three days, Resorts World Cruises reserves the right to cancel the winner’s entries, and the non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Resorts World Cruises and/or Dyson.
Winner’s acceptance of the Prize signifies their acceptance of the ‘Terms and Conditions of Contest’ set out below:
The Prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
If Winner fails to accept the Prize within the time prescribed in the notification, they will be deemed to have rejected the Prize and Resorts World Cruises will have the right to award the Prize to another Eligible Contestant.
The Prize to be self-collected at Resorts World Cruises’ office in Kuala Lumpur. Resorts World Cruises reserves the right to request IC and receipt from winner for verification purposes during prize collection.
Prizes redemption period: 1 month after winner announcement posting on Resorts World Cruises’ official website. Uncollected prizes to be deemed forfeited.
Resorts World Cruises reserves the right to substitute the Prize with other item(s) of similar value if the Prize becomes unavailable.
Winner accepts the Prize at their own risk and Resorts World Cruises excludes all liabilities in connection with Winner’s acceptance, redemption and/or use of the Prize.
Resorts World Cruises reserves the rights to make any changes to these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Resorts World Cruises deliberation on any matters associated with the contest shall be final and binding on all Eligible Contestants.
By entering the contest, each Eligible Contestant consents to Resorts World Cruises’ collection, use, retention, storage, transfer and/or disclosure of their personal data for the purposes of and related to this contest.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
